Located less than 10 minutes from Chancellorsville and Wilderness Battlefields, Wilderness Run Vineyards is a working family farm and vineyard with a laid-back vibe. Housed in a red barn, the tasting room is comfortable and well managed by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The grounds offer outdoor seating and picnic areas as well as pleasant views of the pond, vines and farm animals including wild turkeys.

Wilderness Run Vineyards produces the blackberry and ash Monroe Merlot named in honor of President James Monroe and the lively, slightly sweet Pink Chair Rose. The vineyard also offers tastings of selected wines from among some of Virginia's top wineries including Rockbridge Vineyard and Jefferson Vineyards.
