Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley where history abounds, Rockbridge Vineyard is located quite close to Cyrus McCormick Farm and Workshop, a living history museum operated by Virginia Tech, as well as the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields and the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) Museum and Stonewall Jackson House in nearby Lexington.

Among its fine wines this Virginia Governors Cup winner produces a light apricot Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir, the elegant DeChiel Chardonnay, the semi-dry and stone fruit Rockbridge Riesling, the crisp apple and honey Vignoles, the buff and slightly smoky Chambourcin, the light cherry and smoke DeChiel Pinot Noir, the toasty DeChiel Merlot, the raspberry DeChiel Cab Franc and the plush Extra Virginia Claret.

Making its home in a red barn, the tasting room is well-managed by a friendly and knowledgeable staff and features a gift shop as well as indoor seating. There is outdoor seating on the lawn and under the red pavilion. Rockbridge Vineyard is open daily for tastings and features a gift shop.
